Best Practice Guidance
TSO is the official publisher for the Office of Government Commerce's internationally recognised best practice guidance approaches: PRINCE2, Management of Risk, Managing Successful Programmes and ITIL.
This collection of OGC's Best Practice guidance helps successfully deliver against a range of business requirements from project implementation through to establishing an effective, ongoing service management function. Managing Successful Programmes supports the many companies and organisations that run multiple projects, while Management of Risk provides guidance for dealing with risks that weave themselves through almost all business operations.
All ITIL and PRINCE2 publications from TSO, the official publisher, plus Management of Risk and Managing Successful Programmes are available in hard copy format, but in order to broaden functionality, accessibility and ensure they can be quickly updated, increasing use is being made of:
