ITIL Update: Translated Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and Scope and Development Plan Now Available

The ITIL Update is a response to feedback from the ITIL community. Users of ITIL have made suggestions for improvements including minor corrections and explanations of difficult concepts. These are cosmetic, editorial and consistency improvements and do not constitute a new version. To clarify these amendments an FAQ document explaining these changes has been produced. Translated versions of this document are available below.

Translations of 'Scope and Development Plan: ITIL® V3 Update' have also been produced. This document gives an overview of the approach to the present update of the ITIL V3 core publications.
