Managing Successful Programmes 2010 Edition: Call for Authors
The OGC publication Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), ISBN 9780113310401, is being revised with the intention of publishing a new edition in the second half of 2010.
The revision will address issues raised through the Change Control System on the Best Management Practice website and as described in the Mandate for Change that has been agreed by the MSP Reference Group.
The new edition is to be developed by a team of two authors under advice from a mentor. The project is looking for authors for the following work activities:
- to revise the MSP themes of risk, quality and benefits; and
- to revise the transformational flows in the guide and address consistency issues raised through the change control system.
