Value Management (MoV)
Value Management is a new set of guidance from OGC. The guidance set, which is due for publication towards the end of 2010, includes both a practitioner guide and a pocket book. The practitioner guidance will be supported by a qualification scheme.
The Official MoV Portfolio will include:
- The OGC required products. These are the OGC Core Reference material and a range of OGC derived products. All products that are OGC-required are "Crown copyright - value-added".

Value Management
This core guidance from OGC is for the people who are charged with maximizing the value of resources invested to get the best financial and non-financial benefits from programmes and projects. It is aimed at those with responsibility for directing programmes and projects as well as managing them through to delivery. While recognising the subjective nature of value, the guidance includes a workable definition together with a set of principles and themes that underpin the concepts of value management. These are complemented by description of the processes and techniques that provide a practical approach to getting results from managing value.

A quick reference guide for using MoV effectively. Designed to work alongside Value Management, it provides a summary of the principles, themes, processes and techniques.
