Service Management  - ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) Version 2ITIL (the IT Infrastructure Library) is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world, with world class practices supported by quality services from a wide range of service providers, accredited training agencies, consultancies and professional qualifications.

Within the last two years, the knowledge found in over 10 OGC titles has been updated and there are now some six titles which form the basis of the series. The older library is still available in PDF only at www.tso.co.uk/itil.
