Search Help
You can search the content of your subscriptions in the following way:
- Choose the subscription that you wish to search. You may search across individual titles or all titles by choosing from the Select title drop-down box
- You may now search for keywords or phrases by entering your chosen keyword or phrase in the Search title drop-down box

i.e. "service management" - You many also search for Common Glossary terms for subscriptions covering ITIL or PPM. The list is available from the down arrow on the Search title box
If you choose a Glossary term, this is auto-populated into the Search title box. If you choose an Acronym from the list, the Search title box is populated with both the Acronym AND the full phrase that the Acronym represents. Both terms will be searched for. - Standard logic may also be applied to your searches i.e. you may search for keywords and phrases in combination by using logic i.e. "Work in Progress" OR WIP, "Work in Progress" AND VOI etc.
